Refund and Cancellation Policy

All appointments, healing sessions, coaching sessions, mentorship sessions, trainings, and private services are non-refundable once booked.

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice by using the link provided in your confirmation email or by contacting us directly.

Because appointment times are reserved specifically for each client, cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited and are not eligible for a refund or credit.

If Naylin Amanda or Shamanic Reiki Academy must cancel a scheduled appointment for any reason, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Clients who fail to attend scheduled appointments without notice on two or more occasions may have their participation in any remaining coaching, mentorship, training, certification program, coursework, or services discontinued at the sole discretion of Shamanic Reiki Academy. In such cases, no refunds will be issued for any unused services, sessions, training, or course access.

Clients who arrive late for a scheduled session may receive a shortened session to accommodate scheduling constraints. Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time, and no refunds or credits will be provided for missed time due to late arrival.

Shamanic Reiki Academy reserves the right to decline, suspend, or discontinue services, mentorship, coaching, training, course access, or other offerings at any time for violations of these Terms and Conditions, inappropriate conduct, repeated no-shows, non-payment, safety concerns, or other circumstances deemed necessary to protect the integrity of our programs and community.

Courses, Trainings, and Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of online courses, training materials, downloadable resources, certifications, and digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Payment Plans

Clients enrolled in a payment plan remain responsible for completing all scheduled payments. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of access to courses, certifications, mentorship, coaching, events, or other services until the account is brought current.

Payment Disputes

By purchasing any service, course, training, mentorship, certification program, event, or digital product, you agree to contact Shamanic Reiki Academy directly to seek resolution of any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your financial institution.

Intellectual Property and Copyright

All content provided through Shamanic Reiki Academy, including but not limited to course materials, training manuals, videos, audio recordings, downloadable resources, worksheets, graphics, logos, written content, teachings, and website content, is the property of Shamanic Reiki Academy and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

The purchase of a course, training, certification program, mentorship, coaching service, or digital product grants a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only. Materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, modified, sold, republished, recorded, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Shamanic Reiki Academy.

Sharing login credentials, course access, training materials, recordings, or downloadable resources with others is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without refund.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or sharing of any content may result in legal action and the termination of access to current and future programs, courses, certifications, mentorships, and services.

User Conduct and Participation

Participants are expected to engage respectfully with instructors, staff, guest teachers, and fellow students. Harassment, abusive behavior, discrimination, disruptive conduct, sharing of confidential information, or any behavior that negatively impacts the learning environment may result in suspension or removal from programs, courses, events, mentorships, or services without refund.

Technology and Online Access

Shamanic Reiki Academy strives to provide reliable access to its website, online courses, certification programs, virtual sessions, digital resources, and other online offerings. However, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays, interruptions, technical issues, internet outages, platform failures, software errors, email delivery issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control that may affect access to services or content.

Participants are responsible for maintaining adequate internet access, compatible devices, and current software needed to access online offerings.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shamanic Reiki Academy, Pocketstones LLC, Naylin Amanda, its employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website, participation in courses, mentorships, coaching, healing sessions, events, certifications, or other services.

Any liability arising from the use of our services shall be limited to the amount paid by the participant for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Force Majeure

Shamanic Reiki Academy shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, power outages, internet disruptions, government actions, illness, emergencies, or other unforeseen events.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or participation in services offered by Shamanic Reiki Academy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Colorado.
